About Annie

Annie King is the Employment Relations, Managing Consultant at the EMA Central, Hawkes Bay Branch.

Annie has extensive knowledge in Industrial Relations and has worked in this field for seventeen years. Prior to becoming a Consultant with Employers' and Manufacturers' Association (Central) in 2001 Annie was a Union Organiser. Before this Annie owned a business in Central Hawkes Bay.

Annie specialist field is employee relations and has advised and represented many EMA members in a wide range of industries, including public and private health, the meat industry, processing and manufacturing, textile, and retail.

Annie's primary responsibilities include Collective Bargaining, including CEA, MECA, and MUCA negotiations, acting as an Advocate in mediation, disputes, working on contract within organizations.

Annie brings a wealth of experience and is happy to be contacted to discuss any issue or query you may have, and is available for long term workplace secondments.
