About Richard

Richard has been an Employment Relations Consultant and Advocate since 2000.
Richard acts as an advocate and representative for Employers in multi employer and single employer collective bargaining. Richard represents and advises Employers in disciplinary, performance management and restructuring situations. Richard deals with of employment related queries on a daily basis, providing practical advice to members on various employment related issues. Richard is able to assist Members with generating policies, agreements and other employment related documentation.
Richard is an experienced speaker conducts general and in-house seminars on employment law, and can provide customised training packages for members on request. Rchard also carries out workstation assessments.
