About Richard

Richard is a graduate of Victoria University, with a BCA in Management and Industrial Relations, and a BA in Psychology. Richard has previously acted as an adviser to employees on industrial relations matters, and has worked for a number of years in the computer industry.

Richard deals with of employment related queries on a daily basis, providing practical advice to members on various employment and labour related issues. As one of our Senior Consultants Richard also represents members at mediation and collective negotiations. He assists with recruitment and selection, conducts employment law compliance audits and generates policies, agreements and other employment related documentation for members.

Richard is an experienced speaker conducts general and in-house seminars on employment law, and can provide customised training packages for members on request.
