From a career in nursing and education, Lynn became involved in training frontline staff in customer management, communication strategies, and team dynamics. Lynn's experience as a trainer spans 18 years, initially as an employee and then for the past 9 years as a self employed consultant developing and delivering a wide range of courses.

Lynn specialises in people management topics and assists organisations with change management, team building, performance management and other related topics. Lynn has a particular interest in helping managers, team leaders and employees to establish and maintain effective working relationships through good communication techniques.
