ECCC runs and is involved with a number of training courses and other events throughout the year.

ECCC Learning & DEVELOPMENT Courses

ECCC Learning is a recognised leader in management training. We are seen by many as the 'Authority' in the fields of employee relations, occupational health & safety and effective people management. Our studies show that as a result of attending our seminars participants have gone on to demonstrate greater productivity, higher morale and increased commitment to enterprise objectives and success.

Important Notice affecting Health and Safety Courses - July 2009 - June 2010

ECCC has been in contract negotiations with ACC for a few months to secure continuing funding for ACC subsidized courses.
Our new contract has seen the amount of people who we can train reduce and now also target specific industries.

We know that this will come as a disappointment to many and we do sincerely apologise for this.
Please have a look at the list below, and if your industry falls in the funded categories, and the specific roles within those categories, then you will still be eligible for funding. If it does not, then the full course fee will apply. This new information will be on our website soon.

We have now opened up the courses listed below for registrations

Under our July 2009 to June 2010 contract with ACC for delivery of H&S Reps courses participants will be charged a fee of $150 plus GST. Funding provided by ACC to cover the rest of the costs is targeted at the following seven industries

  • Agriculture
  • Construction emphasising Civil Construction
  • Meat Processing
  • Forestry
  • Residential care
  • Metal manufacturing
  • Road Freight Transport

The funding is available to specific groups within those industries. These groups are identified by their PCU code issued by ACC so you will need that PCU code number to check eligibility for funding of individual participants. Later in the year we may have some limited funding for other courses.
The following participant fees apply to Health and Safety Representative General Courses outside of the industries listed above.

Members $576 +GST
Non Members $684 +GST
